Adventure Paddle Tours only employs guides, and we do not have a storefront. If you have already gone through our website feel free to send us an email. We will try to reply as soon as we can.

Availability – Our availability is established at the start of the season. We run a skeleton crew of highly trained kayak guides. We don’t hire seasonal staff to fill the busy weeks. If you have clicked book now and the system is showing no availability, there is no availability.

If you have a large group of 10 or more please fill out the contact form below and we might be able to move some availabilities around.

Often, it's easiest for us to text our response.
Please, understand our availability is real time. For the most part if it is showing nothing available, there is nothing available. It is highly recommended you book well in advance.

Post Booking Communication

Below you will find our detailed communication process after booking. It is super important to us to be as transparent as possible with our cancelation policy, but also to give you all of the important information you will need after booking a guided tour with Adventure Paddle Tours. We pride ourselves in providing what we promised and effective communication will aid in providing the most exceptional service possible!

Confirmation Email

This email is comprehensive and will contain everything you need to know about your tour. It is important you check the tour date immediately!

Confirmation Text

This will include the date of your tour and will remind you to open your confirmation email. You can reply to this text 24/7

60 Hour Email

Sent out 60 hours before your tour. The intent of this email is remind you of our 48-Hour cancelation policy and give you ample time to cancel for a full refund.

12 Hour Text

This is our last attempt to discourage no call no shows due to booking the incorrect date.
